Our Process

Farmers meticulously hand-pick cherries, selecting only those that are fully ripened and discarding any that show signs of damage or imperfections, ensuring only the best reach processing. After harvesting, the coffee beans are washed in pure water, with great care taken to maintain cleanliness throughout the process. All steps are carried out using sanitized equipment to preserve the highest standards of quality and sanitation, allowing the natural flavors of the beans to shine through.
